founded inside the well known historic texts written by Omiros, Isiodos , the
Argonautes as also as in the Ploutarcho's etchics, show that Ancient Greeks
were well aware of the areas of Atlantic Ocean, and the islands that exist
round Gravaltar.
The
pre-hostoric Greeks had surely visiited North America, well before the date in
which the people of the Earth believed her to be the Big Discovery of Colombo.
The fact that the prehistoric Greeks had already visited North America , is
stated in the paragraphs 941a-942, in his well known text under the title
" The Apparant Face of the Moon" . Inside these paragraphs , a sea
travel made by the Greeks seafighters is descibed as these sailors are giving
their best to end this travel , which was stated at the west side of the above
mentioned three in number islands, and more specific , north west of Britain.
The results of this research were announcent at the international conference of
Olympia- ANCIENT GREECE AND THE MODERN WORLD CONFERENCE- that took place
between 28th and 31st August of the year 2016.
According to its results , the communication between Canada and the rest of world -specifically Ancient Grrece, begun at the early Minoan years and lasted till the Hellenistic years, period that historically is placed lots of years before the supposingly discovery of the area by Christofer Colombo. The main purpose of these sea travels , was in fact the increased commercial and the movement and aquisation of pure copper , which is the main characteristic of one of the largest and more important lake of Canada, the lake Superrior. After the first Minoan merchants, the Mycenaeans continued, who, as Plutarch says, they sent Hercules to reawaken its presence a Greek element, which had been lost by mixing with the locals. Plutarch
was a greek originated historic but also a priest of the Delphi Oracle. He was
responsible for interpretining the messages given by Pytheia and analyzing her
words so that would be easier for the common people to understand the message
that gods were sending to each one of them. He was born at 45 A.C. , in Haroneia
of Voiotia, and he died at 119 A.C. He learned mathematics and philosophy while
he was travelling in different cities of Meditarrenean , but also while at Rome
, the heart of the Roman Empire. He was declared as the Archon of his birth
place Chaeronead, had the title of an Athenian Citiaen but also he was honored
by the Romans. His works are divided into philosophical and historical -
biographies.
The present study is focused on his work "On The Imputed
Person of the Circle of the Moon "that belongs to the Ethics and it is
interested into explaining the role of the natural phainomena. In this work ,
Plutarch has written a dialoque between Lambria and Sulla from Carthage , while
Sulla is asked to re-tell a story which he heard by the servants when he was
living inside the Chronos temple.
At
versers 941A-942 , he is recalling the travel of a ship, who began its trip at
86 A.C. which succeed to to cover the distance between Canada and Carthage. he
information of oceanography and astronomy of Plutarch are confirmed by our
current knowledge of the existence of Golf Stream, use today's maps such as
Google Earth and its application Stellarium Software. The previous ones
combined with plenty of archaeological sites finds and linguistic analyzes seem
to confirm the journey. The geology professor Elias Mariolakos had argued that
through his feats Hercules recounts his journey to the world and to America.
And more important he is giving the exact time or date where his journey begun.
Except of
the above given scientific informations, equal important is a very odd finding
inside the mining of 50,000 tons of copper between 2,450 and 1,050 BC. in the
central area of the Lake Superior of Canada. Here if we follow what we already
know from our school books, then the habitants of this area , where living in
the Stone Age , so it was impossible for them to perform such kind of acts, or
even conceive such ideas at their own . but if we take under consideration the
fact that ancient greeks had already step their foot in this area , then it is
not impossible at all to see all around construction of such involved -
buildings, as the natives had already been mixed up with the groups of these
outsiders who taught them alot (lots of technological advanced things and
theories) Alban Wall in the year 2001 published a research argues that
information on Homer, Hesiod, the Argonauts and the Plutarch's Ethics, reveal
that the ancient Greeks were aware of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands beyond
today's Gibraltar.
According
to the data quoted by Plutarch it became possible not only to confirm the
authenticity of the trip but also determine the time start date. More
specifically, the following were made from the text
Conclusions:

ancient text accurately determines the distance of the journey from Britain in
Oygia, which corresponds to today's Iceland. Their distance is 880 km may be
covered with a rowing vessel in 5 days.

Studies University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, mining in Lake Superior 50,000
tons copper between 2,450 and 1,050 BC

Plutarch said that the ship was not carrying copper but golden vessels which
contained their commissions, which was confirmed by the archaeological
excavation at Oak Island. There a group of researchers claim that apart from
coins of the 1st century A.D. of Carthage have found other evidence that
testify Roman ships to area.

the ancient sources it is known that archives were kept in the divination geographic

What was the course that followed from Canada to
Carthage?
The ship
started from Canada, passed to Greenland, then to Iceland and then in Britain.
In addition to their first station that was Greenland, it is mentioned second,
Mykines, west of the Faroes. According to the dictionary geographical names
this name is only found there and in the Peloponnese. The coincidences continue
as the name Kirkja refers to the same island etymologically named Kirkis. Also
northeast is located nearby the island of Svinoy, whose etymology refers to the
Homeric word Shais, which means a pig. Homer reports that Calypso lived in
Ogygia while in combination with the island Mycenae, the Kirkis site and the
island of the swine, the data indicate that it Ulysses' trip took place on the
Faroes and Greenland Islands. Odysseus is placed a generation after Hercules,
so she could have made the trip to Canada to take extra copper after the end of
the Trojan War. There is some additional evidence that reinforces his case travel
of the Greeks to Canada, but their authenticity has not yet been confirmed:
• The
Cleveland medal was discovered in 2006, its shape refers to Greek letter D (4.7
cm height, 40 g weight, 3.8 cm wide) and represents in one a form that
resembles the Minoan representations of the "Prince of Lily ", while
in the other it has a shape like a double ax. On the face of the human form
there is an engraved detail that refers to a scorpion, which is common in
Minoan rings and symbolizes death. These two sides must to connect with each
other in some way. One assumption is that the bull's sacrifice in Minoan
civilization was a ritual act of fertilization of its caves Mother Earth.
Perhaps the Prince with the scorpion-to-death symbol testifies a ceremonial act
of human sacrifice for the fertilization of the Earth.

The study
and evaluation of these data has led to the conclusion that during the reign of
Plutarch, travels from Greece to America. The information on the project
"On the Face of the Moon Circle" are found to contain knowledge
useful for navigation and which are now geographically and astronomically
identified. Through their study ancient texts and ancient seafarers show their
movement from the Mediterranean in the Atlantic Ocean and from there to North
America. Through them myths of Hercules, the Argonauts and Odysseus appear to
be described real stories of colonizing and spreading Greek culture to the
great a continent that we have discovered over and over again over the
centuries. In conclusion,it is necessary to approximate the texts of the
ancient Greek secretariat by different sciences such as astronomy, linguistics,
archeology and geology to bring back historical truths behind myths.
The double
ax or Lavrys, depicted on the back of the Minoan pendant (figure 2), but also
in many findings, is considered as a sacred Minoan symbol of fertility. The
name Lavrys is associated with the word labyrinth (the house of Lavrys)
according to Hesychius
